My CMS Email

To send an email to a camper while camp is in session, use mycamper@campmontshenandoah.com.  Please put your camper's name in the subject line.  Your email message is sent to a central camp email box where it is printed out and delivered to your camper during the regular mail call, just after lunch on weekdays. Please note that e-mails sent aren’t necessarily confidential since our staff prints and delivers them. Campers are not able to reply to your email, but they will enjoy receiving your message.

Mail is very important to our campers.  While emails are convenient, handwritten letters remain the most personal and meaningful way to communicate. We highly encourage parents to send letters and care package (no edible items) to:

The time and effort required to process camper e-mail for the entire CMS family is considerable. Please do not send any pictures or downloadable files. Additionally, please try to limit your e-mail letters to one every few days. This email address is monitored during the summer season only.
