A Holistic Approach to Wellness

Our wellness activities adopt a holistic approach to focusing on strong mental, emotional, and physical health. In Wellness, girls engage in yoga, meditation, and journaling. The Fitness classes focus on physical strength, cardio, and endurance. This activity is especially well designed for girls who are required to be in good physical health for school teams.

Cabin Life

The cabin is one of the most important places at summer camp. It is where girls practice independence, live, sleep and make friends with their peers. The cabin is a camper’s home away from home.
