Applying for Scholarships to Camp Mont Shenandoah
In 2005, Camp Mont Shenandoah created the Camp Spirit Scholarship Fund which is held with the Community Foundation for Rockbridge, Bath and Alleghany (CFRBA). Through the generosity of its alumnae, we also have the Camp Okahahwis Scholarship available for our campers. These funds provide scholarships to campers who would not otherwise be able to attend camp due to financial constraints. Scholarship applications are due December 15, 2023 with scholarships awarded by the end of January. Campers must be registered with a paid deposit to apply for the scholarship.
If you have issues with the electronic application or would prefer a paper application, please contact Lori Turner, the Executive Director of the CRFBA, at lori.turner@cfrba.org. If you choose to submit a paper application through Lori, she must receive it on or before Friday, December 15, 2023. This is NOT a postmark deadline.
